talk to her about it, and tell her you’re worried about her.
You say her mother doesn’t watch what she is doing. Do you mean her mother may be unaware of what she is doing because she doesn’t pay attention, or do you mean her mother knows and doesn’t really care?
If her mother doesn’t know, she needs a wake up call. Maybe you could anonymously tell her. If her mother doesn’t care, then maybe you can talk to a counselor at school. I know school is out right now, but it will be back in session pretty soon (noooooo!!!).

well i would talk to her and if that doesn’t work i would tell her parents even tho she might be really mad at you at first in the long run tho she can thank you.
